Katherine Touhey
Katherine Touhey is a certified yoga instructor and Enneagram coach who loves helping women understand themselves more deeply so they can move through life with clarity and confidence. By blending mindful movement with meaningful self-awareness, she supports women in showing up authentically—in their homes, their workplaces, and their communities.
She also relies on these same tools to navigate her own beautifully busy life in Alexandria, VA, where she lives with her husband, three sons, and their very adorable female puppy, Lily.

Erin Wolf-Barnett
Erin Wolf-Barnett is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Exercise Science and over 20 years of specialized experience in eating disorders.
She brings extensive expertise and deep compassion to her work, using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to help individuals build a more balanced and positive relationship with food and their bodies. Her practice emphasizes empathy, understanding, and sustainable healing.
Erin lives in Alexandria, VA, with her husband and two daughters.

Bridget Hagerman
Bridget Hagerman, RYT 400, brings spontaneity, flow, and a killer playlist to every class.
A busy mom of two young girls and a health food industry pro, she blends joyful movement with laughter, fun, and just the right amount of heart. Her classes are equal parts energizing, playful, and unforgettable.
Bridget lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband and two young daughters.

With 25 luxuriously-appointed single occupancy rooms and suites in our lovingly renovated circa-1778 manor house and cottages across our pristine 40-acre property, our accommodations are artfully crafted and individually designed - with no two alike. If the retreat is canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances payment is refunded in full.

This retreat is limited to 17 participants to allow for an intimate gathering for those seeking a time to pause, reflect, and restore. Participants must be 18 years or older and able-bodied.

The Mill House Spa is on-site. Once your retreat registration is confirmed, we recommend booking your preferred treatments. We will provide enough time during breaks to accommodate spa treatments.
